Standard delivery is within 4 business days after the shoot (or after all required files are received for 3D rendering). If you have a hard deadline, expedited options may be available depending on the schedule.

Booking is simple:

2. We confirm availability and scope
3. You receive a booking confirmation and prep checklist
4. We show up and handle the capture process professionally and efficiently

We service projects in the Las Vegas and Southern California. 3D rendering can be done anywhere since it’s file-based. Travel fees may apply outside the standard service area.

Preparation matters — a lot. You’ll get a checklist, but the basics are:

• Clean and declutter surfaces and floors

• Turn on all lights and replace dead bulbs

• Hide personal items (toiletries, cords, trash, paperwork)

• Stage key rooms if possible (living room, kitchen, primary bedroom)

A well-prepped space = better results.

Most tours take 30–90 minutes, depending on size, layout, and how prepared the space is.

Typical tours include:

• Smooth navigation from room to room

• High-quality panoramic views

• A shareable link and iFrame embed option for websites/MLS (where allowed)

Any of the following helps:

• Floor plans (PDF/CAD)

• Elevations

• Material selections / finish schedule

• Reference photos

• Sketches or inspiration images

• Measurements (if accuracy matters)
